TSmith Golf Fitness offers golf fitness program to enhance swings and prevent injuries, catering to both amateur and professional golfers. Our unique approach provides the traction necessary for athletes to hit the ground running. Led by a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, we work with each trainee personally to help them achieve their individual athletic goals, pushing and motivating them to reach, then exceed, their potential.
TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor and PGA Tour-Canada '20 Member, Trevor Smith, has become well-known and respected throughout the greater Brunswick, GA area. After a career ending back injury, he has developed a unique and effective golf fitness program to resolve and prevent injuries. Trevor is dedicated to getting your body and mind focused on the game and preparing you to compete against the best.
